Why does Four Winds Traders only sell religious and sacred art?

Many people are searching for pieces of art to enhance their homes and offices that hold a sacred and cultural significance. However, much of the work that is for sale today is massed-produced and oddly commercial. The Four Winds Collection is the only one of its kind that specializes in art from around the world from professional artists who are dedicated to their style because of artistic preference.

Who are the sources for your collection?

Four Winds buys directly from artists willing to have their work sold and displayed on these web pages. For the most part, the artists have small studios and are only widely known in their own countries.

How is the art packaged and shipped?

Because most of the pieces are one of a kind, the utmost care is used in packing. Shipping will be done by Federal Express to allow for a quick delivery. Insurance is available and recommended for the more expensive items.

What if a product is not available?

The items offered are really one of a kind, but similar ones can be obtained. If a piece has been sold, we will contact the artist and order another one. Four Winds will let you know the estimated delivery time, but if the date exceeds your needs you will not be under any obligation. An email address accompanying your initial order is mandatory so that Four Winds can talk with you about unavailable items.

Are wholesale prices available?

Certainly, the prices listed are retail, but we have many clients who buy our items for their stores or are "of the trade". Just furnish your resale number by email and we will be glad to furnish wholesale prices.

Why are the icons you offer sometimes more expensive that the ones I seen elsewhere?

Actually, for original works of art our prices are somewhat lower. We do not sell art that is made in factories-only pieces created by one artist by himself.
