Damaged
and Lost Shipments - Retail and Wholesale Customers
If your shipment arrives with visible damage to the outer carton,
save broken/damaged items and packing material in original shipping
carton and notify the carrier immediately for a damage inspection.
Please, also notify Four Winds @ 843-379-5660 to tell us that
you have a claim. Four Winds is not responsible for goods damaged
or lost in transit.
Returns
Minor imperfections and slight variations in design are normal
for all hand-crafted items. All dimensions are approximate and
colors may vary slightly. We will accept returns if returned within
15 days of purchase, minus the shipping and handling charges.
We suggest you insure the package and wrap well and carefully!
